With a specific request from the client for a serviced apartment to meet accommodation needs in the Thao Dien area, District 2, the building is thoughtfully designed with 5 floors and 1 basement. Four floors are dedicated to rental apartments, while the top floor features a private residence for the owner, complete with a garden and swimming pool.
To break away from the monotony of typical apartment designs, the façade is artfully crafted with alternating blocks and greenery. This approach creates a dynamic and visually striking exterior that enhances the building's overall appeal.
